Responsible for delivering all previous patient records and transcription to the appropriate patient care areas.Responsible for retrieving all discharge patient records.Responsible for pulling requested medical records and filing loose work or records in the permanent file. Responsible for compliance with all written hospital and departmental policies and procedures and to maintain confidentiality of health record information.
High school graduate or equivalent with knowledge of general office procedures. Office and computer experience preferred.
