Getronics is seeking Helpdesk Technician. Must have basic troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows, hardware/software support. This is a 1 year contract with the potential to extend.

- Preferred Certs: (Recommended but not required) HDI Helpdesk International certification
- 3+ years of Help desk experience.
- Phone support and desktop support experience.
