A private equity firm located in Downtown Chicago seeks an Administrative Assistant to join their team! The Administrative Assistant will support the Managing Principle and Senior Managing Director at the firm.Responsibilities will include managing calendars, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, compiling travel expense reports, interacting with clients, and all other administrative duties needed for the Principle and Director. The salary ranges from $50-60k.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
Maintain complex calendar arrangements
Handle all correspondence, ie. email and phones
Coordinate travel arrangements with travel agency
Compile travel expense reports
Special projects as requested
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
3-5 years of experience
No degree required
Strong proficiency in MS Office
Experience in Mail Merge a plus
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Must be dependable and detail-oriented
Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines
