The Procurement Clerk II would be responsible for acquiring materials and documents to fulfill requests for purchases, including preparing purchase orders and handling inquiries about orders. Follows through with purchase from order placement to fulfillment and ensures order arrives undamaged and on time.


  • Assist in a variety of administrative matters.
  • Maintain selected financial or other records.
  • Verify statistical reports for accuracy and completeness, and recording and verifying complaints.
  • Rely on instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Ability to use some subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps that vary in nature and sequence.
  • Ability to select from alternative methods and refers problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals, or procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
