Front Desk Coordinator Front Desk Coordinator (Reception Area Coordinator) Opening We currently have an open position for a well-organized and motivated Front Desk Coordinator who is looking to grow their career in the financial investment industry. You will be a key player leading the lobby area at a growing financial investment firm. We are looking for a positive self-starter who is eager to thrive in a dynamic environment and deeply passionate about providing high quality administrative support. Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures ? Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
? Incoming phone call management skills required ? Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred ?
