We have a Solar company in Tracy that is seeking an Office Manager. As an Office Manager, you will deliver the fundamentals of our employee experience on a day-to-day basis. This role is intended for someone who is self-motivated and willing to take responsibility and initiative for our workplace and work with limited oversight. You will be proactive in keeping things running as smooth as possible to help our highly productive team succeed during regular office hours. You'll own the daily employee office experience (facilitate and support internal events, meetings, on-site events, on-boarding and off-boarding, greet and route visitors to appropriate colleagues, and basic IT requests) You'll manage vendor and administrative relationships, acting as primary liaison between the company and office building management (e.g., repairs, building code compliance, security monitoring systems, etc.) You'll manage our food/snack/coffee programs overseeing vendors and stock of kitchen and office supplies You'll maintain a professional, organized, safe, and tidy office (facilities maintenance, mail distribution, etc) You'll assist in other departmental projects as needed (ie. recruiting coordination, shipping, ordering, folding swag, etc)
You have 2+ years? experience in office management and administrative tasks You are passionate for facility management and its impact on company culture You have a proven ability to anticipate issues before they arise; a creative thinker with a problem-solving approach You are a flexible and positive thinker who is motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment supporting employees so they can produce their best work You have demonstrated organizational and communication skills so that details aren't forgotten and people understand your impact You have great analytical and multi-tasking skills which allow you to prioritize and manage competing demands You have adequate IT knowledge (i.e. setting up laptops, printer setup, basic AV troubleshooting skills, etc.) You have experience with G-Suite, MS Office, Slack, and other similar software Please contact OfficeTeam at 209.###.#### or register on our website at OfficeTeam.com for immediate consideration.
