Notify receiving associate of visitor's presence.Maintain the Applicant Flow Log.Responsible for all UPS mailings on a daily basis to include (USPS, FedEX and/or UPS).Maintain an efficient and effective reception area, ensuring it presents a welcoming and attractive environment for visitors.
