Service Desk Job Description They are looking for a bright go-getter type person. The Service desk team has about 7 people- 2 1 Manager in CT, 3 in NY and 2 in Bermuda. They have about 600-700 users in North America. It is a Windows 10 environment. Their hardwareComputers are all LENOVO. Someone who has good troubleshooting skills ndash Desktop Support, Helpdesk skills. Understanding of Networking, how networks operate. Unlocking user accounts etc. Will be taking calls from users in North America. Supporting mobile devices -iphones only. No Android. Any System admin and Citrix troubleshooting knowledge is a plus and not required.
